Sodium  Tripolyphosphate,    Food  Grade
White,  slightly hygroscopic granules or powder.  Freely soluble in water.  Insoluble in ethanol.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Store in a cool, ventilated,  dry and odorless place.  Protect from humidity.  Keep in the packaging of origin.  Use of warehouse storage rack or single stacking of pallets is also advisable.   Best   before:   2   years  after   production   date,   assuming   correct  storage conditions  and  undamaged  packaging.

APPLICATIONS
Sodium Tripolyphosphate is   used   in   meat,  seafood, flour   products,  dairy   products, canned food, fruit juice and so on.
